外壁（四条通側）改修工事のお知らせ

平素よりスマイルホテル京都四条をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、当ホテルにおきまして、下記の日程で四条通側の外壁改修工事を実施いたします。

工事期間中は作業音が発生するほか、作業員が外壁面で作業を行うため、お客様にはご不便とご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■ 工事概要

工事期間
令和8年11月3日（火）～令和8年12月31日（木）

作業時間
11:00～17:00

大きな音の出る作業
11:00～15:00

■ ロイヤルツインルームをご予約のお客様へ

工事期間中は、屋上より作業員がロープを使用して降下し、外壁面で作業を実施いたします。

ロイヤルツインルームは、館内すべてのお部屋が四条通側に面しているため、作業員が客室の窓の外を通過する場合がございます。

作業にあたっては、お客様のプライバシーに十分配慮してまいりますが、該当時間帯につきましては、プライバシー保護のため、カーテンを閉めてお過ごしいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

お客様にはご不便をお掛けすることとなり、誠に恐縮ではございますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、重ねてお願い申し上げます。

Notice Regarding Exterior Wall Renovation Work (Shijo-dori Side)

Thank you very much for choosing Smile Hotel Kyoto Shijo.We would like to inform you that exterior wall renovation work on the Shijo-dori side of the hotel will be carried out during the following period.During the construction period, there may be noise from the work, and workers will be carrying out work on the exterior walls. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

November 3, 2026 (Tuesday) - December 31, 2026 (Thursday)

Working Hours
11:00-17:00

Work Involving Loud Noise
11:00-15:00

■ For Guests Staying in Royal Twin Rooms

During the construction period, workers will descend from the rooftop using ropes to carry out work on the exterior walls.As all Royal Twin Rooms in the hotel face Shijo-dori, workers may pass in front of the windows of guest rooms during the work.

While every effort will be made to ensure guests' privacy during the work, we kindly ask guests to keep their curtains closed during the relevant working hours for privacy protection.
