清掃日以外でタオルの交換をご希望のお客様は、使用済みのタオルをバスケットにお入れいただき、回収希望のゴミ（ゴミ箱）と一緒に、朝11時までにドアの外へお出しください。
バスケットの中に新しいタオルをご用意いたします。
If you would like to have your towels replaced, please place your used towels in the basket and leave it outside the door, beside the packed trash you would like to be collected by 11:00 a.m. Fresh towels will be provided in the basket.
※交換時のタオルは、バスタオル・フェイスタオル・バスマットの3種類となっております。
※上記日程以外にも清掃をご希望のお客様は、前日までにフロントにご連絡ください。
※清掃日以外でも客室メンテナンス、緊急時には入室させていただくことがございます。
*The towels provided for replacement are three types:bath towels, face towels, and bath mats.
*For requests on dates not listed above, please contact us one day before.
*We may enter your room for room maintenance or emergencies on days other than cleaning day.
